After many years of supporting customers in the Western states from its headquarters in Knoxville, TN, Bailey has now expanded its distribution network to the West Coast in order to better support and serve its growing customer base.
On July 1, 2013, Bailey partnered with a third party logistics provider (3PL), located in Reno, NV, to begin fulfilling customer orders in the Western states. Reno provides a strategic, logistical advantage for both Bailey and our customers, by offering 1-2 day shipping times to most of the 11 Western states, including Arizona, California, Utah, Oregon, Nevada and Washington. Same day shipping will be available on orders placed by 3 PM (PST) - for products located in the Reno facility. Bailey has extended the customer services, sales and technical support hours, including online chat support, until 6 PM (PST).
